My LeasePlan is a platform built specifically for our drivers and fleet managers. My LeasePlan gives you access to all the details relating to your car or fleet and allows you to manage them quickly, easily and efficiently anytime, anywhere.
If you're the driver of a LeasePlan car, you will automatically have access to My LeasePlan using the email address listed in our files.
As a fleet manager, feel free to get in touch and we will arrange your access.
The first time you log in, you should set a password by clicking on "Set new password". You will then receive an email with a link to activate your account. If you haven't received anything, make sure you check your spam folder.
You can find general information regarding the term of your contract and the benefit in kind, for example. You can also discover which services are included through LeasePlan. This information is based on the details in the lease quote and may differ from your company's car policy.
Depending on the services in your contract, you can:
- Request a replacement fuel card due to a fault or loss.
- Request a copy of your PIN code.
- Request a service appointment.
- Report damage quickly and easily.
- Request reimbursement of expenses paid in advance.
- Update your mileage.
- Check where your last tyre change was carried out.
Documents are also available. These include:
- Your insurance document.
- A certificate confirming that you're the main driver of the car.
- A receipt for payment of the technical inspection.
If you're the fleet manager, you can also retrieve your invoices and all contract addenda for your fleet.
We continue to expand My LeasePlan with extra functionalities to make it even easier to manage your car.
Go to the "Vehicle" hub and then "Refunds". Enter your ticket or invoice in the left-hand column to have the costs reimbursed.
You will find a certificate confirming that you're the main driver of the vehicle by going to the "Vehicle" hub and then "Documents". Depending on the services in your contract, you can also retrieve your insurance certificate or an order form that can be used to invoice LeasePlan directly for the cost of the technical inspection.
LeasePlan Belgium does not have an app, but the website is optimised for use on smartphones, tablets or computers.
