Arrow downWhat to do in case of a break-down, damage, break-in, or theft of the car?

Call LeasePlan Driver Services immediately.

These numbers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Good to know:


In case of a two-sided incident (involving another road user), make sure to complete a European accident form and try to take a photograph of the other party’s vehicle. Make sure the licence plate is visible in this picture. Such photographs may be needed for the claim’s file. Two-sided incidents can also be reported easily using MyLeasePlan.

Did you have an accident? And this did not involve another road user e.g., colliding with a tree or a post? You will not have to fill out a European accident form. In such cases, an email will the following information will suffice: licence plate, date, time, location, and a brief description of the incident.
Roadside assistance is provided by the heroes of the VAB (the Flemish Motorist Association). See your insurance terms and conditions for more information on roadside assistance.
