You can call any charging station operator from the app if there’s a technical problem. LeasePlan assumes no responsibility for the operation of a charging station. The operator has sole responsibility for this. If the charging station operator determines that the charging station is free of technical defects, please call our service partner’s charging hotline: +49 (0) 30 56794937. You can also find this phone number in the app under ‘Account/Customer Service’. You’ll be able to resolve problems with your charging chip via the hotline. If possible, try the chip at another charging station to see whether it works there.
