5 steps to a successful application and career

We’re looking for people who take the initiative and put themselves in the driving seat. Discover how you can persuade us to employ you in the application process so we start our journey together.

Our application process

  1.  
    Online application

    Let’s get started! Upload your application documents on our job portal. They should include a cover letter, your CV, work references and certificates. We’re also interested to hear your salary expectations and availability.

  2.  
    Application review

    As soon as we receive your application we’ll send you confirmation of receipt. Then we’ll review your documents and get back to you.

  3.  
    First interview

    You'll be invited to an interview with someone from the relevant department and HR, either online or in person, so that we can get to know each other. We’ll be talking about your objectives, what motivates you, what the new job involves and our expectations.

  4.  
    Second, more in-depth interview

    At your second interview with additional department and HR team members the questions will be more in-depth – on both sides. Depending on the position you’re applying for, you may be asked to perform a task. It will give you the opportunity to get to know your potential future workplace and work colleagues.

  5.  
    Job offer and onboarding

    Congratulations! We think you’re the right person for the job and we’d love to have you on board! You’ll get your employment contract and, once it’s signed, you’re part of the LeasePlan team. We’re glad to have you with us!
