If one of the cars in your fleet is involved in an accident you can call our 24h hotline or report the accident with our Fleet Software to initiate a comprehensive accident management process. Our objective is to restore fleet mobility as soon as possible.
If the vehicle cannot be driven, we will arrange for a recovery service to take it to the nearest partner repair shop. In that case, we arrange a for you until the vehicle has been repaired.
We have negotiated very attractive terms and conditions with the body repair shops in our partner network to optimise your fleet costs. But you don’t have to compromise on service because we provide free vehicle pick-up and delivery, as well as free interior and exterior cleaning.
When there is another car involved in the accident, we contact the insurer on your behalf. Our fleet management service also includes our payment of all invoices in advance. Our Fleet Software provides standard and customised claim reports so that you can keep track of all your insurance claims for risk management purposes.
