If you need a replacement vehicle for your leased vehicle, call our rental car reservation centre from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00h.

In case of unplanned breakdown of your vehicle due to technical defect or accident, you can reach our emergency call centre 7 days a week around the clock. Outside the above-mentioned business hours, car rental reservations are limited exclusively to these emergencies.

We’ll book the rental car that you require and deliver it to any location in Germany. We can alternatively deliver it to one of our over 1,500 partner stations, all passenger airports and – subject to an extra charge – to any place you specify.
