Here is our latest update on our partner networks and service availability containing important information for you.
From now on you and your drivers will not be able to obtain new tyres or have tyres stored at the ATU tyre stations. Tyres that are already in storage with an ATU partner can remain there, and you can also have them changed, until the end of your lease contract.

Our glass partner Carglass has shortened its stations’ opening hours by 30 minutes as a result of the current contact restrictions. Please make an appointment by phone. However, there are no restrictions on the mobile service.

Other partner network availability information
We have contacted our service and maintenance, accident repair, tyre and glass service partners and, at this time, there are no further availability restrictions. Many of our partners are categorised as ‘system relevant’ and therefore able to continue their business operations. We will let you know immediately if anything changes.
Information on vehicle deliveries, registrations and returns
We are experiencing some vehicle delivery delays because of semiconductor shortages in the car manufacturing sector. As a result, the delivery dates for some car makes and models have been postponed until the second half of 2021. If you need short or long-term mobility, our rental car service will be happy to assist you. Please contact your LeasePlan account manager.
In addition to private vehicle registrations, there may currently be delays of up to two weeks also for company vehicle registrations.
The pick-up service for vehicles being returned at the end of the lease is operating as usual and there are no restrictions.
