Are there any other charges when I return my vehicle?
If you are not collecting vehicles, what are my options?
You keep the vehicle until it can be collected or as long as you need. We’ll extend your contract, and you’ll carry on paying a monthly lease rental. If this is something you’d consider, please contact your DriverLine team and they’ll work on a competitive quote for a new monthly amount we hope you’ll like. If you opt for this, please just remember to extend your insurance.
When you have reached the end of your contract we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote to purchase it. You’ll have peace of mind because you know the vehicle’s full history. Our simple process allows you - or friends or family - to purchase your vehicle without the need to hand the vehicle back.
If you don’t want to buy your vehicle or extend your contract, we still have options available for you. We’ll end your contract and ask if you can keep the vehicle in a safe place (on a driveway or in a garage) until we can re-arrange collection. We’ll ask you to send us a video from around the vehicle and a photo of the mileage. Please make sure the vehicle is insured. It’s important you don’t drive the vehicle after your contract ends. We’ll get in touch as soon as we’re able to rearrange collection. Please contact your DriverLine team to talk through practicalities.
