As a LeasePlan customer, you are first in line at the shop. If using one of our authorised garages, you are also guaranteed a replacement car at the lowest possible rate.

If your windscreen gets chipped, you must immediately cover it with windscreen plaster so that moisture and dirt do not exacerbate the damage. Make sure to have the chip replaced promptly or replace the windscreen.

  Report theft of the car to the police.

Vehicle break-in

  Report the break-in of the car to the police.

  Report the break-in to your own insurance company, if you have had any personal property stolen that might be covered by your personal/homeowner’s insurance.

  If you have had tools, a computer, or other effects belonging to your company stolen, the break-in must be reported to your company’s fleet manager/insurance manager. Was your car stolen? Has there been a break-in? Or has someone taken the license plates? In any of these events it is important to do the following:

License plate theft

  Report theft of the registration plates to the police.

  Contact LeasePlan at +45 3673 8300. We will prepare a document that you have to bring together with your Vehicle Registration Certificate to SKAT for getting new license plates.

  Go to one of the 4 automotive centres or national license plate agencies to have the new plates issued. Get directions here
