LeasePlan is there for you!

COVID-19 measures

As you will undoubtedly be aware, the World Health Organisation has now officially declared that the Coronavirus is a pandemic. Although we’re not in the office, LeasePlan is open.

Over the past few weeks, we have worked hard both internally and with our network of trusted suppliers to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible to keep you safely on the road and to support limiting spreading the virus.

We would like to ask for your cooperation to ensure we can offer the fullest possible support during these challenging times.

As soon as there are new measures or updates regarding our services, you will find them here.

Update May 2020: We do not longer postpone non critical repairs, service and maintenance, so please contact us if you need our help.

Vehicle service requests

If you have mobility needs i.e., vehicle breakdown, require accident management or need legally required technical inspections (periodic MOT), please contact us via the usual channels for immediate assistance as normal.

Some workshops and garages can still be working with reduced staff and some spare parts could be delayed, so you might experience waiting time. All our suppliers are off course compliant with all hygiene requirements.

If your car needs to go to the garage, please contact our service desk at +45 3673 8310.
