OKNygaard

A collaboration that suits you for the best solution

In December 2020, OKNygaard and LeasePlan entered into a partnership regarding the administration of OKNygaard’s fleet. A partnership that has given OKNygaard a better understanding of their fleet. The partnership is based and founded through good and personal service and LeasePlan’s specialists. Purchase Manager at OKNygaard, Klavs Thorsø Nielsen, explains.

LeasePlan delivers the administrative platform

As OKNygaard's fleet became larger and more complex, the possibility of getting help with administration had to be investigated, and to begin with, especially the financial part of fleet administration. LeasePlan could provide a service that made this possible. Later, also the possibilities for operational leasing were investigated. The goal this time was a platform that could handle the entire administrative part of fleet administration, both financial and operational. This is precisely what LeasePlan could deliver.

"We have gained much more transparency of our cars, as a database gives us the opportunity to keep an eye on them, and we can extract useful data from them."

“LeasePlan came into the picture as I needed help to control our fleet, and from the beginning it has been a success.”

A large number of experts available

Due to LeasePlan's size, the partnership has given OKNygaard access to specialists: "If we don't find the answer together, I will quickly be sent on to another expert who can help. Especially in car consulting, they are good and quick to come up with calculations on new cars.”

A collaboration that suits you for the best solution

"LeasePlan has shown a professional approach to interacting and solving our needs. They have offered a platform that gives us access to a customer service of experts in the disciplines we are looking for. The daily contact with our contact person at LeasePlan helps to give us quick answers. LeasePlan is very open and prepares us for the best solution.”, says Klavs.
