SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:

La ricerca è rivolta a giovani desiderosi di inserirsi in un contesto multinazionale e strutturato, per un’esperienza formativa finalizzata all’acquisizione e allo sviluppo di competenze in ambito Customer Service.

Il ruolo garantisce lo svolgimento delle attività operative connesse all'erogazione di prodotti e servizi di mobilità nel rispetto dei livelli di servizio stabiliti internamente e degli accordi sottoscritti dal cliente.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’:

  • Assicurare la gestione delle attività di reporting relativa alla gestione delle fatture;
  • Gestione del CRM;
  • Collaborare con il reparto tecnico per la gestione dei fermi tecnici;
  • Gestione dei reclami e delle richieste di informazioni ricevute dai clienti e/o driver;
  • Archiviare i documenti di consegna/ritiro e riconsegna del veicolo.

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA’- ATTITUDINI:

  • Laurea triennale;
  • Flessibilità e Team Working;
  • Orientamento al cliente e comunicazione;
  • Gestione dello stress ed orientamento ai risultati;
  • Buona conoscenza degli applicativi Office;
  • Buona conoscenza base della lingua inglese.
