Rattaché au Responsable service clients, en tant que Chargé de Relation Clients TFO (Total Fleet Outsourcing) vous intervenez sur la gestion des contrats flotte automobile de nos clients.

A ce titre vous gérez de manière polyvalente les missions suivantes :

-    Commande des véhicules neufs
-    Suivi des véhicules (Restitution, transferts, contrôle, entretien, réparation)
-    Gestion des sinistres et des remises en état
-    Gestion des relations avec les partenaires 
-    Traitement des demandes et validation des devis d’entretien
-    Création de reporting de suivi de parc
-    Commande et suivi des cartes d’essence.
-    Traitement des contraventions 

De formation supérieure type Bac+2 à Bac +5 (Commerce, Assurances,), vous justifiez d'une première expérience BtoC sur un poste similaire, où vous avez déjà travaillé sur une fonction à la fois administrative et commerciale.
(Dans l’idéal, une expérience en gestion de flotte automobile serait fortement appréciée)

Rigoureux, organisé, vous savez faire preuve de dynamisme et d’ouverture. 
Votre relationnel, votre autonomie et votre flexibilité sont des atouts pour mener à bien votre mission.

D’autre part, pour répondre aux enjeux de cette opportunité vous devez impérativement maitriser correctement l’anglais (oral et écrit)
