I have filled up the wrong fuel in the car, what do I do?
Do not start the car! If you already stated the car, shut it off immediately. Do not turn on the ignition (the fuel will then be pumped around). Contact our insurance group at 08-470 26 00 for help with transportation of the car to a workshop.

My parked car received damage while I was away, what shall I do?
Contact the police at 114 14 and make a report and register a claim by filling in a claim form.

What should I do if I get in to an accident with the car and an animal?
Collision with a large wild animal must always be reported to the police. If you have hit a pet or a reindeer, you must report it to the police and also the owner. You also need to file a claim. You can easily do that by filling in a claim form.
