To book an appointment at a service and repair garage you need to apply for your Preference Code either through the Online Office (website or app) or through the Driver Service Department. Through the Online Office request, you can see a map of the service and repair garages that are closest to the place you have selected.
It is not compulsory to carry with you if you drive within Spain, but we recommend that you keep it in the vehicle in case the State Security Forces request it and if they are unable to check it in their computer systems.
Insurance claims can be conveniently filed through the Online Office (website or APP) or through the Driver Service Department.
To return a vehicle after the contract has finalised, you need to deliver it to the sites designated by LeasePlan. A different collection point can also be agreed to, however with the corresponding cost.

Am I entitled to a replacement car while my car is being repaired?
If necessary, we may provide a replacement car while yours is being repaired. Please check your lease contract or car arrangement for coverage and any exceptions.
Why is my replacement car not in the same class as my lease car?
A replacement car is temporary and meant to keep you mobile for a short period of time. For this reason, it may differ in class from your lease car.
