To book an appointment at a service and repair garage you need to apply for your Preference Code either through the Online Office (website or app) or through the Driver Service Department. Through the Online Office request, you can see a map of the service and repair garages that are closest to the place you have selected.Do I need to physically carry the insurance receipt with me? It is not compulsory to carry with you if you drive within Spain, but we recommend that you keep it in the vehicle in case the State Security Forces request it and if they are unable to check it in their computer systems.How can I lodge an insurance claim? Insurance claims can be conveniently filed through the Online Office (website or APP) or through the Driver Service Department.How do I return a vehicle? To return a vehicle after the contract has finalised, you need to deliver it to the sites designated by LeasePlan. A different collection point can also be agreed to, however with the corresponding cost. Keep a damage claim form in your car in case of an accident. You never know when it might come in handy!

Two-sided damage Use a European claim form to report two-sided damage. If the counterparty is not present, fill out your own contact information. Once you have contacted the counterparty, complete the missing information.

Reporting damage If your lease car is damaged, you need to report it to LeasePlan within 48 hours. You can easily report damage through Oficina Online

Unilateral damage In most cases of unilateral damage, you don’t need to submit a European damage claim form. If you do need to submit the form, we will contact you.

Two-sided damage In all cases of two-sided damage, you will need to submit a European damage claim form. Complete the form on the spot with the counterparty. If you don’t have a claim form with you, exchange contact information. You can download a digital form here later and upload the counterparty contact information to your claim via Oficina online.

Use your phone to take photos of both vehicles. Make sure to document the counterparty’s registration plate. You can add these photos to your claim file via Oficina online.

Damage by an unknown counterparty Was your car damaged by burglary, vandalism or an unknown counterparty? Please report this to the police as soon as possible.
