To book an appointment at a service and repair garage you need to apply for your Preference Code either through the Online Office (website or app) or through the Driver Service Department. Through the Online Office request, you can see a map of the service and repair garages that are closest to the place you have selected.
It is not compulsory to carry with you if you drive within Spain, but we recommend that you keep it in the vehicle in case the State Security Forces request it and if they are unable to check it in their computer systems.
Insurance claims can be conveniently filed through the Online Office (website or APP) or through the Driver Service Department.
To return a vehicle after the contract has finalised, you need to deliver it to the sites designated by LeasePlan. A different collection point can also be agreed to, however with the corresponding cost.

How do I schedule an appointment to repair damage?
First, report the damage. Then, you can easily schedule a repair appointment via Oficina Online
Do I need to repair damage to my car?
If the damage is minor and you can still drive the car safely then repairing it might not be necessary.
Where can I go for damage repair?
Our network of auto repair service providers has national coverage. Once you report your damage to us, we will find a repairer in your area that meets our quality requirements.
First, report the damage via Oficina online. If you don't have a Oficina Online account, you can request/create one here.
How do I book a windscreen or glass repair?
You can book a glass repair appointment via Oficina online.
Can my windscreen be repaired instead of replaced?
The glass fitter will assess the damage and determine whether the glass is suitable for repair.
How can I change an appointment?
If you know your preferred date, you can switch your appointment here. If you do not know your preferred date, you can cancel your appointment in Oficina online and come back at a later time to schedule a new appointment.
