To book an appointment at a service and repair garage you need to apply for your Preference Code either through the Online Office (website or app) or through the Driver Service Department. Through the Online Office request, you can see a map of the service and repair garages that are closest to the place you have selected.
It is not compulsory to carry with you if you drive within Spain, but we recommend that you keep it in the vehicle in case the State Security Forces request it and if they are unable to check it in their computer systems.
Insurance claims can be conveniently filed through the Online Office (website or APP) or through the Driver Service Department.
To return a vehicle after the contract has finalised, you need to deliver it to the sites designated by LeasePlan. A different collection point can also be agreed to, however with the corresponding cost.

You can find out the general terms and conditions of your car arrangement from your employer or in the lease agreement you received from us.
Who can drive my lease car?
Your company's car policy determines who can drive your lease car. LeasePlan requires that any driver must have a valid driving licence.
What is included in the lease price?
The cost of your lease is determined by the services included. Please check your lease agreement for specific details.
Can I travel abroad with my lease car?
Before you take your lease car abroad, make sure you get written authorisation from the registered owner (either LeasePlan or your employer). It’s simple. Just complete the digital Travel Authorization Form to request written authorisation. Or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will also need to check what equipment is mandatory to have in your car in the countries you're travelling to and through. Outside of Spain you will need the insurance receipt or green card. If your car is insured with LeasePlan, you can request the green card from in your Oficina Online or calling 91 91 92 999
