To book an appointment at a service and repair garage you need to apply for your Preference Code either through the Online Office (website or app) or through the Driver Service Department. Through the Online Office request, you can see a map of the service and repair garages that are closest to the place you have selected.
It is not compulsory to carry with you if you drive within Spain, but we recommend that you keep it in the vehicle in case the State Security Forces request it and if they are unable to check it in their computer systems.
Insurance claims can be conveniently filed through the Online Office (website or APP) or through the Driver Service Department.
To return a vehicle after the contract has finalised, you need to deliver it to the sites designated by LeasePlan. A different collection point can also be agreed to, however with the corresponding cost.

How can I extend my contract?
If you want to extend your contract, either discuss the options with your fleet manager or with your contact within LeasePlan if you are the contract holder.
Can I terminate my lease contract early?
Yes, it is possible to terminate your lease contract earlier than agreed, but this may result in additional costs. Check with your fleet manager or review the conditions in your lease contract.
How can I change my contract?
You can discuss contract changes with your fleet manager, or with your contact person within LeasePlan if you’re the contract holder.
