LeasePlan Switzerland priority is to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and partners and at the same time help you manage your fleet in the best way possible.

The last stage in the relaxing of safety measures was introduced on 20/22 June and the ‘new’ normality is returning to our everyday lives step by step.

As we feel the effect of these easing measures, we would like to let you know about the latest developments related to your vehicle fleet and request that you pay particular attention to the following informations.

1. Accidents and damage

Who do I call if my car doesn't work?
LeasePlan roadside assistance is at your disposal 24 hours a day.

Dial 0800 845 625 (from Switzerland) or 41 44 746 64 77 (from abroad).

Will safety related damage (e.g. glass damage) be delayed?
No, for all damage – e.g. safety-related, functional and/or optical – you can get in touch with our Driver Contact Center for an appointment as usual on 0800 845 650 or using our online form.

2. Maintenance and repair

In general - obligatory inspections
Prioritise the vehicles that are due for obligatory inspection. This must be planned in compliance with local provisions and insurance requirements, and carried out punctually.
For your convenience, please channel all inspection, service and maintenance appointments through LeasePlan as the sole point of contact.

How to make an appointment for a scheduled maintenance or a repair?
You can make an appointment by calling the Driver Contact Center Driver as usual on 0800 845 650 or by using our online form (here).

Tyre change
For an appointment, please get in touch with our partners directly as usual (here).

3. Order and delivery

How do I know the expected delivery date of my vehicle?
LeasePlan/ our partners will inform you directly when it receives the delivery date from the manufacturer/importer. We are still seeing delays in pending deliveries of new vehicles.

5. LeasePlan Switzerland

Our offices are staffed by employees from Customer Service and Operations in accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health. Our other employees are working from home and are also there for you as usual.
