Your LeasePlan fuel cards will set and ready to use straight away. Simply swipe to pay when you fill up, and use the 4-digit pin that’s been supplied to authorise the charges. Please don't forget to enter your odometer reading so we know when your vehicle needs a service or when additional Road User Charges (RUC) are required.

You should have been sent an email containing your fuel card PIN. If you’ve lost or forgotten it, please call us on 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737) and we’ll be able to help.

Normally our fuel cards can be only be used to purchase petrol, diesel and oil for your vehicle. In some circumstances your employer may allow you to purchase other goods or services like a carwash. Any additional services available to you will be listed on your card.

For damaged, lost or stolen fuel cards, please call us immediately on 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737).  We will cancel your current card and order a new one for you.
