How does delivery work?
Time of delivery depends on the car you have chosen. The car you choose may be ready to be delivered or a new order may have to be placed. Please note that LeasePlan is dependent on external parties for delivery services.
The exact time and date of the delivery can only be agreed upon by contacting the third party dealer.
Delivery location Once the car is ready to be delivered, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. The delivery of the car takes place at our partner’s location.
Temporary car In order to cover your mobility needs until your new car is delivered, you can ask for a temporary car from LeasePlan.
