How do I make or reschedule an appointment for tyre change?
You can use your Oficina online account or call 91 91 92 999 to schedule or change an appointment for a tyre change. If you need to change your appointment but are not sure when you would like to reschedule for, simply cancel your appointment and make a new one later.
Do I need summer or winter tyres?
Laws surrounding the use of winter tyres vary from country to country and even region to region. Find out where winter tyres are mandatory, or recommended here. You can find out whether winter tyres is covered in the terms and conditions of your contract.
When should I change summer or winter tyres?
If your contract includes winter tyres, you can have them changed twice a year. Winter tyres should go on in October/November. Summer tyres should go back on in March/April.
