To book an appointment at a service and repair garage you need to apply for your Preference Code either through the Online Office (website or app) or through the Driver Service Department. Through the Online Office request, you can see a map of the service and repair garages that are closest to the place you have selected.
It is not compulsory to carry with you if you drive within Spain, but we recommend that you keep it in the vehicle in case the State Security Forces request it and if they are unable to check it in their computer systems.
Insurance claims can be conveniently filed through the Online Office (website or APP) or through the Driver Service Department.
To return a vehicle after the contract has finalised, you need to deliver it to the sites designated by LeasePlan. A different collection point can also be agreed to, however with the corresponding cost.

How do I make or reschedule an appointment for MOT?
To make an appointment simply get in contact with us via your Oficina online account or call 91 91 92 999 . If you would like to reschedule your appointment that's not a problem. Contact us to reschedule and we'll arrange a new appointment that suits you. If you're not sure when you can find time you can contact us to cancel your appointment and make a new one later.
Do I have to pay anything at MOT? What documentation do I need to be able to pass it?
In order to pass the ITV, you must request this service through the Online Office or at the Driver's Assistance Service, 91 91 92 999
The necessary documents are the technical sheet and the driving licence. The insurance receipt is also recommended because many ITV stations are requesting it.
The driver does not have to pay anything, because when managing the ITV service, LeasePlan provides the driver with the necessary voucher to pass the ITV.
