How do I report damage?
Reporting damage If your lease car is damaged, you need to report it to LeasePlan immediately. You can easily report damage by calling 1-855-588-3677.
Use your phone to take photos of both vehicles. Make sure to document the counterparty's registration plate and insurance slip.
