If enrolled in LeasePlan's Accident Management Program If your leasecar is damaged, you need to report it to LeasePlan immediately. You can easily report accidents by calling 1-855-588-3677.

Use your phone to take photos of both vehicles. Make sure to document the counterparty's registration plate and insurance slip.

If not enrolled in LeasePlan's Accident Management Program Contact your fleet administrator or follow your company's fleet policy.
