Reporting damage If your leasecar is damaged, you need to report it to LeasePlan immediately. You can easily report accidents by calling 1-855-588-3677.

Use your phone to make photos of both vehicles. Make sure to document the counterparty's registration plate and insurance slip.

Damage by an unknown counterparty Was your car damaged by burglary, vandalism or an unknown counterparty? Please report this to LeasePlan and the police as soon as possible.

If enrolled in LeasePlan Accident Management Program If your car is not damaged, you still need to report it to LeasePlan immediately. You can easily report accidents by calling 1-855-588-3677.

If not enrolled in LeasePlan's Accident Management Program Contact your fleet administrator or follow your company's fleet policy.
