How to return a leased car?

• Book a time from the appointment calendar.
• Make sure the car is clean and remove all your personal belongings
• Gather everything that originally came with the car like keys, official documents, remote control fuel heater, manuals and accessories and second tyres.
• Clear the navigator address information and phone contacts from the car
• If the car has any damage, make sure that it is repaired before you return the car
• Periodic inspection must be carried out in accordance with the current regulation, so that the inspection period is valid for at least 30 days on the return date
• Remove the timer from the remote control fuel heater

Pick a convenient time from the appointment calendar. You can make an appointment no earlier than 6 weeks before the end of the contract. After making an appointment, you will receive a confirmation on your mobile phone and by email. If you wish to change the initial time, you can change or cancel the appointment by log into the appointment calendar. The registration number is your login.

Final inspection of the car will be done later by an impartial, external auditor. The report of the inspection will be sent to your company’s fleet manager. If necessary, the car will be washed for pre-inspection on behalf of the customer.

Pick up service Helsinki Metropolitan Area

If you can’t bring your car to a return point in person, you can request our pick up service. The transportation costs are charged to your business, so please check in advance if your company accepts the costs. Use this form to request pick up within the Helsinki Metropolitan area.

Within the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, pick up is possible within 2 business days. Same day pick up can be arranged at extra charge. During transportation, the car gets dirty, so we do not recommend washing before transport. The car is washed at the return point, if necessary.

Pick up service rest of Finland

If you can’t bring your car to a return point in person, you can request our pick up service. The transportation costs are charged to your business, so please check in advance if your company accepts the costs. Use this form to request pick up outside of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

Pick up from other countries is possible within 5 business days. During transportation, the car gets dirty, so we do not recommend washing before transport. The car is washed at the return point, if necessary.

After you return your car, a final inspection is performed by SGS (SGS Inspection Services). Our vehicle return and sales process has been certified by TÜV Nord. The guidelines for normal and abnormal wear are defined separately for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, due to their different uses.
