How to proceed if you're in an accident in a leased car?

  1. If necessary, call for help

    When there is at least one party involved, the police is also called.

  2. Towing service

    For tire assistance, call LeasePlan's road service at 0207 420 899.

Damage notification

  1. Fill in the electronic damage notification form

    This will ensure that the matter is processed quickly. LeasePlan submits a completed damage notice to the insurance company, so you do not have to make a separate declaration to the insurance company. Here you can fill in the damage notification form.

  2. If necessary the car usage statement

    If the other party is at fault in a car accident, please fill out the car usage statement for the replacement car and return it to autovahingot@leaseplan.fi
