Click on the button “Forgot Password” and you will receive a new, temporarily password.
It might be that there is an extra space in your email at the login, which is common when using a phone from Samsung. Please remove the extra space and try again.
The password is the same as the one you have for My LeasePlan.
Your username is always a valid email address. It's often a business email linked to your car. If you've forgotten your password you can request a new password via the login page for My LeasePlan. Just click 'forgot password'.
The reason might be that we have another e-mail address in our system than the one you are using. Please contact LeasePlan at 08-470 26 00 or minbil@leaseplan.se for verification and adjustment.
