To book an appointment at a service and repair garage you need to apply for your Preference Code either through the Online Office (website or app) or through the Driver Service Department. Through the Online Office request, you can see a map of the service and repair garages that are closest to the place you have selected.
It is not compulsory to carry with you if you drive within Spain, but we recommend that you keep it in the vehicle in case the State Security Forces request it and if they are unable to check it in their computer systems.
Insurance claims can be conveniently filed through the Online Office (website or APP) or through the Driver Service Department.
To return a vehicle after the contract has finalised, you need to deliver it to the sites designated by LeasePlan. A different collection point can also be agreed to, however with the corresponding cost.

How does delivery work?
Time of delivery depends on the car you have chosen. Please note that LeasePlan is dependent on external parties for delivery services. Delivery times stated on the website are subject to change. The exact time and date of the delivery can only be agreed upon by contacting the third party dealer. Delivery location The dealer will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Delivery can take place at your home or work address. Temporary car If you require transport while you are waiting for your new car to arrive, you can request a temporary vehicle from our flexible fleet via your fleet manager or contact person at LeasePlan.
