How do I make or reschedule a maintenance appointment?
You can easily schedule or change a maintenance appointment via the LeasePlan App or by calling 800-DRIVER (800-374 837). If you're not sure when you would like to reschedule for, simply cancel your appointment and make a new one later.
Who pays for maintenance costs?
In most cases, we pay for the maintenance. You can find out whether maintenance is covered in the terms and conditions of your contract.
When does my lease car need maintenance?
You can find out when the car needs maintenance in the instruction booklet of the lease car. Please note that for a brand-new car, the first maintenance is usually due after the first 4,000 km.
