I have an electric car today / will get my new electric car shortly, can I get a charging station through you?
To be able to use LeasePlan's EV-solution, your employer needs to sign an additional agreement. If your employer chooses not to use our solution, we do not have the opportunity to deliver a charging station.

Can someone else charge at my home charging station?
It is not possible, the charging station can only be used with your LeasePlan Charging card or app by you. On the other hand, the charging box can be used for several cars in the household via the card or app.

My home charging station does not work. What do I do?
If the charging station at home does not work or has any other fault, you can get service by contacting LeasePlan Charging which is open 24 hours on +46 8 5250 2804, button selection 4.
