Can I load with the app?
Yes, you can recharge using the app without carrying the recharge card. Select the desired charging station, socket and press "Start charging".
I have an electrical vehicle today / will get my new electric car shortly, can I get a charging card via LeasePlan?
To be able to use LeasePlan's EV-solution, your employer needs to sign an additional agreement. If your employer chooses not to use our solution, we do not have the opportunity to deliver a charging card.
How does the charging card work?
The charging card is activated by adding the app and is ready to be used immediately. In the app you can see all charging stations the charging card works with as well as price, availability, and address of the charging station.
I have lost my charging card, where can I get a new one?
You can block the charging card through the app and then contact LeasePlan customer support at 08-470 26 00, and they will order a new one for you. Alternatively, call LeasePlan Charging's dedicated customer support (currently English-speaking only) +46 8 5250 2804 and select Button Selection 2 to access the support card.
My charging card does not work when charging at a public charging station. What do I do?
If there is a problem with the charging card, you can turn to LeasePlan Charging's dedicated customer support (currently only English speaking) at 08 5250 2804 and select button choice 2 to get the support for the charging card.
Which app should I download? How does it work?
The app is called LeasePlan Charging and is available in AppStore and GooglePlay. In the app you can see all charging stations as well as price, availability, and address of the charging station. You can navigate to the address by touching the car icon. You can also recharge using the app without carrying the recharging card.
