Fines and infringements
What do I need to do when I receive an infringement notice?
Please pay the fine directly to the issuing authority and let LeasePlan know that you’ve paid the fine by sending us a copy of the receipt for payment to infringements@leaseplan.co.nz.
What are the costs of not paying a fine for a parking or traffic infringement?
If a parking or traffic infringement is not paid, LeasePlan will organise payment of the fine on the behalf of the client, and add an administration fee of $25 plus GST.
How do I dispute speeding fines from the New Zealand Police?
To dispute the fine, there is a form you have to complete, which can be found here. This form needs to be completed before the due date.
How long do I have to pay fines from the New Zealand Police?
Infringement fees from the New Zealand Police are payable within 28 days from the issue of the initial notice. If you have not paid, a reminder will be sent, giving you a further 28 days to pay.
