Fuel card
When do I get my fuel card?
Once your vehicle has been ordered, we will order your fuel card(s), which will be automatically sent to you. Please obtain PIN instructions from your fleet administrator.
Where can I refuel with my fuel card?
You can refuel at all major suppliers within Canada. Go to LeasePlan.com/en-ca/ for additional information.
How does my fuel card work?
Your fuel card is linked to your car and can't be used for other cars. You can pay at the station with your fuel card, using your 4 digit pin. Please note that not all fuel stations allow pay-at-the-pump and you may need to go inside.
I have forgotten my pin code. What should I do?
Have you forgotten your PIN code? Please contact LeasePlan at 1-855-588-3677 or your fleet administrator. Did you enter the wrong PIN three times? Then you are only blocked for 48 hours. You can use the fuel card again after 48 hours.
I have lost my fuel card. What should I do?
If you have lost your fuel card, contact your fleet administrator or call LeasePlan at 1-855-588-3677.
