How to return your car
How and where do I return my car?
The most common way to return your car is to leave it to the dealer who delivered the car to you. If the car has been delivered to you, please contact LeasePlan on 08 470 26 00 or firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to handle the return of your current car.
Regardless of how you return your car, it is important that you complete the vehicle return form. You can also find a PDF version of the form in the Documents section on MyLeasePlan. In that case, the completed PDF form should be sent to email@example.com.
Is it possible to buy my car?
You are able to buy your current LeasePlan-car at the end of the lease period to a competitive price. Fill in the form on the link below and we will get back to you with a price within 5 working days.
We can also offer you a favorable and tailor-made financing solution if you want to split the payment monthly. The requirement is a minimum cash contribution of 20% of the purchase price, and that the usual credit check is approved.
You can make the request for a quote no earlier than 60 days before the scheduled return
What happens if I forget to send in a return form?
The return form must be sent to LeasePlan when you return the car. If you forget to send it in, we will use the date when the return form arrives at LeasePlan as the return date.
What should be returned with my car?
When you return your car, you must also return all the accessories and parts that came with it.
When can I return my car?
In general, the car must be returned at the contracted end date to make sure that there are no additional costs. We accept that the car is returned the same month as the contracted end date, but if the car is returned earlier than that, it is classified as early termination, which entails an additional cost.
