The delivery date is determined between you and the car dealer. We therefore ask you to contact them if you wish to change the time or date for delivery of your new car.
When we have ordered your car, the car dealer must return with an order confirmation and estimated delivery time within 5 working days. We will then send you an email with the estimated delivery date.
Our delivery department will inform you of the status as soon as we receive the information from the car dealer.
Once the car has been ordered, we refer these questions to the dealer.
Most cases can easily be handled in our self-service portal. You can for example book service, administrate your fuel cards, report mileage and find useful documents.
Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:00. The road assistance is available every day, around the clock.
