If you forgot your PIN, you can request a new one by contacting us at 08-470 26 00 or email@example.com.
If you enter the wrong code more than three times, the card will be blocked.
If it is a card from Shell or Preem, the block is automatically disabled after 24 hours. If it is a card from Circle K or OKQ8, please contact us for assistance. For Circle K, we can ask the fuel company to unblock it, while OKQ8 requires that we send a new card with a new code.
