As soon as we have information on the delivery date of your new car, your fuel card will be ordered. Delivery date information is sent to LeasePlan from the car dealer. Note that the PIN code is sent to you in a separate letter for security reasons.

Where you can refuel depends on the type of fuel card you have and the agreements your employer has made with LeasePlan. If you're not sure you can check with your fleet manager or in your lease agreement.

Arrow downHow does my fuel card work?

Your fuel card is connected to your car and cannot be used to refuel other cars. You can pay your fuel at a gas station using your four digit code.

Note that your card also has a function where you are asked to enter the vehicle's current mileage in kilometers. We use this information to ensure that we bill your employer the correct monthly cost. If you should drive a rental car, you always enter 0 km.

Arrow downI have forgotten my pin code. What should I do?

If you forgot your PIN, you can request a new one by contacting us at 08-470 26 00 or minbil@leaseplan.se.

If you enter the wrong code more than three times, the card will be blocked.

If it is a card from Shell or Preem, the block is automatically disabled after 24 hours. If it is a card from Circle K or OKQ8, please contact us for assistance. For Circle K, we can ask the fuel company to unblock it, while OKQ8 requires that we send a new card with a new code.

Arrow downI have lost my fuel card. What should I do?

You can request a new fuel card through My LeasePlan. Your old card will be blocked when you request a new card.

When you receive your fuel card you will receive a cover letter with a phone number to the fuel company. Save the letter and your card number. In the event of a loss, you can contact the fuel company directly to block the card as soon as possible, and then order a new card on our My LeasePlan portal.
