Can I change the date of delivery?
The delivery date is determined between you and the car dealer. We therefore ask you to contact them if you wish to change the time or date for delivery of your new car.
When is my car ready for delivery?
When we have ordered your car, the car dealer must return with an order confirmation and estimated delivery time within 5 working days. We will then send you an email with the estimated delivery date.
Where can I check the status of my order?
Our delivery department will inform you of the status as soon as we receive the information from the car dealer. Once the car has been ordered, we refer these questions to the dealer.
