It might be that there is an extra space in your email at the login, which is common when using a phone from Samsung. Please remove the extra space and try again.
What is my password to the app?
The password is the same as the one you have for My LeasePlan.
I have forgotten my username or password for My LeasePlan. What should I do?
Your username is always a valid email address. It's often a business email linked to your car. If you've forgotten your password you can request a new password via the login page for My LeasePlan. Just click 'forgot password'.
I have asked for a new password, but do not receive any e-mail, why?
The reason might be that we have another e-mail address in our system than the one you are using. Please contact LeasePlan at 08-470 26 00 or firstname.lastname@example.org for verification and adjustment.
