Worry-free returns in just a few steps

When it’s time to return your car, follow the guidelines below.

  1. Return keys_LPreparing for return

    -Make sure the car is clean and remove all your personal belongings.

    -Gather everything that originally came with the car. Like keys, official documents, manuals and accessories.

    -If the car has any damage, report it via My LeasePlan.

    -Cancel your fuel card (if necessary).

    Collection point No matter where you live, there’s a LeasePlan collection point close by. Return your car at one of our Used Car Centres or partner locations. Find a collection point and make an appointment.

    Dealership If you get a new lease car at the dealership, you can drop off your old car at the same time. Extra convenience with a single appointment. See how it works.

    Pick up service Let us handle returns for you. For €49, we’ll send someone to pick up your car at the location you choose. Request pick up service via MyLeasePlan and we’ll take care of the rest.

  3. Checked and Approved_LFinal inspection to check your car’s condition

    After you return your car, an independent party will perform a final inspection. A few scuffs and scratches are just a part of daily use. But for more serious damage, there may be an additional charge.

    Report damage as soon as it occurs. And schedule repairs right away. It’s the best way to avoid end-of-contract charges.
