Andrew Pendlebury LeasePlan Global Procurement in Luxembourg as European Strategic Sourcing Manager in 2018, focused on developing and maintaining key OEM relationships & partnerships that support all of the LeasePlan Group. He spent the previous 5 years in an international role with Hertz Rent A Car as European Fleet Acquisitions Manager. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in fleet roles at Avis Budget Group: working in operations & fleet management then managing the risk & remarketing department
