Return your car

Please follow these steps before returning your vehicle:

• take any personal items from the vehicle;

• leave the service book and driver guide inside the vehicle;

• hand over the keys to the LeasePlan delivering dealer.

The respective LeasePlan dealer will prepare a handover sheet in two copies, of which one is yours to keep. You will also have to deliver a set of documents and accessories.

After returning your vehicle, a certified expert will assess the vehicle’s overall condition, in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Fair Wear and Tear Guidelines below:

• Passenger cars

LeasePlan will provide your company with a copy of your vehicle’s appraisal report. In case of unfair wear and tear, as described in the relevant Guidelines, LeasePlan will invoice you for the cost of repair indicated in the report. You will pay the invoice irrespective if the vehicle is actually repaired, is relocated or further remarketed by LeasePlan.
