ALD:n ja LeasePlanin yrityskauppa valmis – LeasePlan Finland ei mukana yhdistymisessä

ALD:n ja LeasePlanin välinen yrityskauppa on toteutunut 22.5.2023. LeasePlan Finland Oy ei aiemmin kerrotun mukaisesti ole mukana kyseisessä yritysjärjestelyssä. LeasePlan Finland Oy:n omistus tulee siirtymään Crédit Agricole Auto Bankin Drivalia-yhtiölle allekirjoitetun ostosopimuksen mukaisesti. LeasePlan Finland Oy:n omistus siirtyy uudelle taholle vuoden 2023 kuluessa tarvittavien viranomaishyväksymisten jälkeen.

ALD completes acquisition of LeasePlan – LeasePlan Finland not included in the merger plans

Yesterday, 22nd of May, ALD announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of LeasePlan Corporation. LeasePlan Finland is not included in the merger plans.

The ownership of LeasePlan Finland will be transferred to Crédit Agricole Auto Bank’s mobility company Drivalia according to earlier signed share purchase agreement. Closing of this transaction is expected during year 2023.
