In these situations, when booking through LeasePlan at one of its purpose-designed workshops, you always have a replacement vehicle available for you or your employees, as often as necessary and throughout the effective immobilization period.
As we are always by your side, you can book the Pick-up & Delivery Service on the App, Oficina Fácil LeasePlan or customer help line. When the appointment is made through LeasePlan, we collect your car at the agreed time and place, leave it at one of our partner workshops to carry out the scheduled maintenance, and at the end we take care of the respective delivery.
In the event of unexpected immobilization at workshops on the LeasePlan network, in other words, when you travel in your car to the workshop with a malfunction and, as a result, the workshop tells you that the vehicle cannot go back on the road, we provide a free taxi service to take you to the rent-a-car partner's branch.
