- Müşteri Hizmetleri Çağrı Merkezine gelen tüm taleplerin müşteri memnuniyetini sağlayacak şekilde karşılanması,
- Operasyonel kiralamayı ilgilendiren tüm destek ve bilgi talepleri konusunda çağrı hizmetinin verilmesi
- Yol yardımı, bakım, onarım, hasar, yedek araç, çalıntı vakaları, sigorta hizmetleri için müşterilerimizin yönlendirilmesi
-Hizmetimiz ile ilgili doküman talepleri, araç muayene işlemleri, trafik cezaları, plaka ve ruhsat işlemlerine dair bilgi taleplerinin karşılanması
Nitelikler
- En az lisans veya önlisans mezunu,
- Tercihen otomotiv sektörü satış sonrası hizmetlerinde ya da otomotiv asistans firmaları çağrı merkezinde görev almış
- MS Office uygulamalarına hakim
- Analitik düşünme yetkinliğine sahip
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın
- Hedef ve sonuç odaklı, araştırmacı, dinamik
- Problem çözme ve karar verme yetkinlikleri gelişmiş
- Gelişim ve yeniliğe açık
- Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği yüksek
- Yazılı ve sözlü iletişimi kuvvetli
- Zaman yönetimi becerisi yüksek
