If, as a car user, you have personal disbursements relating to company cars that LeasePlan manage, you may download a form and submit it together with the original receipts and send it as an email to kundeservice@leaseplan.no.
You can also fill it out electronically in our My LeasePlan Portal.
Upon submission of a correctly completed form together with the original receipts/enclosures, we will transfer the amount to your account as quickly as possible. We cannot process incomplete forms and would ask you to complete all information as clearly as possible.

Arrow downI would like to use my fuel card for parking, but the parking ticket machine accepts only cards with a chip. What should I do?

Fuel companies currently do not make cards with chips. We would ask that you pay the parking fee yourself, retain the receipt and use the refund form to claim a refund.
