All cars must be equipped with a European Damage form. It is the yellow and blue form. This is used for any external damage to the car. Collision, vandalism, wildlife accident, downhill accident, collision with building / cyclist and the like.
The form is called European Damage, because all the items in the form are the same in all countries in Europe. If you collide with a Spaniard, you can sit with each form from each country and cross for identical points in the other party's injunction.

You can also find the European Damage Schedule at all insurance offices in the country, at the car inspections, at the police and at some workshops
