Our phone lines will close at the usual time on Friday 3rd May and reopen at the usual time on Tuesday 7th May.

Our rental services team will also be unavailable on the Sunday and Monday, but you can contact them on Saturday morning.

• Saturday 4th May – Open from 9am to midday
• Sunday 5th May – Closed
• Monday 6th May – Closed
• Tuesday 7th May – Open as usual

If you want to amend or extend a vehicle on rent, you will need to instruct us by 12pm on Thursday 2nd May. You can do this online or by speaking to a member of our reservations team.

If you want to terminate or off-hire a vehicle, you will need to give us notification with enough time for us to arrange a collection before 12pm on Thursday 2nd May.

If you are not able to do this, the vehicle will remain on rent until 10am on Tuesday 7th May at the earliest.
